Assistant C&B Manager

As an Assistant C&B Manager, you will assist the Manager in ensuring all event standards and procedures are met while contributing to the department\'s growth through service standards and staff training.

Your Responsibilities
* Oversee the organization and setup of meetings, conferences, banquets, weddings, and events.
* Lead and train the team in line with company policies.
* Schedule staff according to budget and business needs.
* Implement high service standards and maximize sales opportunities.
* Exhibit strong communication, leadership, and management skills.
* Be creative in menu planning and presentation.
* Proficient in computer use for email and reporting.
Requirements
* 2-3 years of management experience.
* Previous hotel experience in a 3/4-star hotel property is desired but not essential
* Experience in training and managing teams for high-service delivery.
* Ability to handle events of all sizes.
* Strong organizational and communication skills.
* Must be available to work midweek, weekends, and evenings.
