Role Overview: As a Sales Executive, you will assist customers throughout the purchasing process and support daily retail and sales operations.
This role combines technical knowledge with customer service to provide tailored solutions for clients' needs.
Key Responsibilities: Handle customer inquiries and liaise with suppliers.
Manage existing clients and identify new opportunities.
Process sales orders, quotes, and transactions.
Recommend suitable products and upsell complementary items.
Maintain product knowledge and monitor stock levels.
Use CRM tools effectively and assist in trade shows or events.
Research new product lines to enhance business offerings.
Analyse sales data across all product categories and provide insight into product sales (Comparison to previous months and years) identifying key metrics to focus on Ideal Candidate: Minimum 5 years of sales experience, ideally in mechanical, agricultural, construction, or retail sectors.
Tools/Garage Equipment: 2 years (preferred) Technical knowledge in mechanical, hydraulic, or electrical fields is a plus.
Proficient in MS Office, Excel, and CRM software.
Excellent communication, presentation, and time management skills.
Full Irish Driving Licence (preferred) Attention to detail is essential.
