Job Details
The Associate Program Manager is a key member of the Salesforce Global Real Estate Project Design & Delivery team that is responsible for all real estate projects globally. This team is part of the cross‑functional Real Estate & Workplace Services team and reports to the Senior Program Manager, Real Estate EMEA. The role supports, leads and coordinates multiple programs through all phases of project initiation, design, implementation, and close‑out, working closely with internal business partners, the Global Design team, and internal functions such as IT, Security, Sustainability, Branding and Marketing.
Responsibilities
* Prior project management experience, preferably with construction and/or commercial office fit‑out projects.
* Experience working within large multinational or matrixed organisations, enabling navigation of internal processes and stakeholder networks.
* Support multiple expansion and refresh capital fit‑out projects across the region.
* Run individual and sophisticated operational capital projects.
* Ensure successful delivery within approved budget and schedule, meeting multiple internal business unit objectives.
* Communicate project details, status, risks and updates at all levels, reporting on performance.
* Improve partnership among project team members, including outsourced managers, architects, engineers, design consultants, construction managers and administrative support.
* Prepare detailed construction cost estimates and documentation for project funding authorization.
* Manage design stakeholders through various design stages.
* Support the development of the project playbook, including processes for managing project cost, schedule, quality, risk, and communications.
* Monitor progress, provide financial control and ensure quality of delivery.
* Collaborate with internal partners in Security, IT, Legal, HR, Finance and Branding.
* Participate in vendor selection and performance management for design partners, consultants, contractors and other outside vendors via RFP process.
* Understand regulatory agency processes and regulations to ensure compliance with all legal requirements.
* Facilitate landlord communications and approvals related to project delivery.
* Ensure smooth project close‑out and transition to business operations.
Education
College Degree preferred in Project Management, Engineering, Architecture or Construction, or a related field. Commitment to continuous professional development and interest in progressing within the Global Real Estate organisation.
Experience
Requires a minimum of 3‑5 years of related experience. Must demonstrate a good understanding of the project design & delivery process, including direct involvement with capital real estate projects, budget control, design and construction coordination, and project scheduling. Professional registration and advanced training are welcomed.
Location & Workplace Expectations
This role is based in Dublin, Ireland. Hybrid working is supported; candidates should expect to spend three days a week in the office to collaborate effectively with the team and partners.
