We are seeking a Financial Accountant to join our team in Galway city centre. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who has recently qualified or has previous experience working in a finance department.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain the general ledger and ensure accurate bookkeeping
* Reconcile bank accounts
* Verify supplier invoices
* Manage fixed asset registers
* Assist with month-end reporting
* Prepare customer invoices
* Compile information requested from external auditors
Requirements
* Part-qualified / newly qualified Accountant
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
