Our company seeks an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team. As a key member of the team, you'll deliver accurate cost advice and ensure best value across all stages of project development.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare detailed cost plans, estimates, and tender documents
* Conduct thorough cost analysis and value engineering exercises
* Manage project budgets, valuations, and change control processes
* Prepare and negotiate final accounts with clients
* Provide expert commercial advice and risk analysis to stakeholders
* Attend regular project and client meetings
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project success and growth
You'll work on various building projects, such as residential, educational, or mixed-use developments. We're looking for someone with 3 years of post-graduate experience in Quantity Surveying, who is keen to progress their career within a dynamic consultancy environment.
