Job Responsibilities: Take responsibility for high-value accounts in irish telco market, including key decision-maker relationship (KR) establishment, and develop and implement customer relationship plans, support decisions that are conducive to market landscape improvement and market share enlargement. Take the lead in project operations as a PD or core member of key projects, build the pipielines and close deals. Gain insight into customer long term strategies, understand customers' pain points in business, networks, and services, and influence customer requirements. Identify strategic cooperation opportunities, and develop and implement strategic plan to achieve strategic cooperation. Explore opportunities for market space expansion, guide win-win projects, and solve customer problems. Take the lead in project negotiation, transaction model design, and project transaction and operation activities including dispute resolution and risk management in complex scenarios. Professional Knowledge: Formulate and implement dynamic sales strategies. Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities. Build and nurture strong client relationships.
