Financial Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to manage daily office operations, maintain records, and prepare financial documents.


Main Responsibilities:

* Manage correspondence and schedules
* Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
* Assist with administrative tasks

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. A minimum qualification of Qualified Financial Adviser and 2 years of experience in a financial services role are required.
