Job Opportunity
Position Overview:
A highly experienced Technical Program Manager is sought to join the team. This 12-month contract has potential for extension.
* Manage the Services Consolidation program with business units
* Proactively create and maintain project plans, status reports, and documentation
* Ensure project stakeholders are aware of their roles and responsibilities
* Lead effective communications with stakeholders
* Develop strong relationships with service leads
About You:
* 5+ years' experience in IT delivery teams, including lead roles in customer engagement/customer relationship management
* Strong track record of delivering ICT enabled change projects
* Experience managing multiple stakeholders, risks, issues, and dependencies
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
