Requirements
* Deep industry experience - 5+ years recruiting for technical roles with proven ability to assess engineering, AI, and consulting talent.
* Strong, activatable network - Established relationships in tech/AI/consulting sectors that generate immediate pipeline, with credibility among industry professionals.
* Quality standards commitment - Track record of maintaining exceptional hiring standards even under pressure, with examples of pushing back when quality was at risk.
* High-volume excellence - Experience managing 15-20 simultaneous searches while maintaining exceptional candidate experience and quality outcomes.
