Key Responsibilities:
* Prioritize and manage the compilation of payroll returns
* Record employee absences and compile monthly reports for payroll purposes
* Monitor absenteeism trends on a regular basis
* Coordinate recruitment processes by managing correspondence and communication
* Assist in conducting interviews with hiring managers
* Support the pre-employment process, including contract generation
* Onboard new employees by setting up their payroll and attendance records
* Collaborate with line managers to enhance HR system efficiency and functionality
* Liaise with the payroll department to ensure accuracy
* Manage the daily HR inbox and respond to queries
