Supplier Quality Engineer (f/m/d)

The Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE) is responsible for ensuring supplier quality performance, driving continuous improvement, and securing compliant, high-quality materials for production.
Your responsibilities
* Manage supplier quality and evaluate supplier performance
* Support new supplier audits, qualification, and quality assurance during trial production
* Work with suppliers to address quality issues and drive continuous improvement
* Participate in developing incoming inspection standards and promoting internal quality improvement
* Conduct annual and product audits according to audit requirements
* Perform on-site pre-shipment inspections at supplier locations for export products
Your Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or Quality-related field
* Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing or supplier quality management, familiar with ISO9001 system
* Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
* Familiar with welding processes and capable of performing independent welding inspections
* Knowledge of hydraulic systems with proven problem-solving capability in hydraulic issues
* Good English communication skills, capable of reading and writing technical reports in English
