Job Overview
We are seeking a Business Development Representative to join our team. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for delivering sales of Personal Lines, Agri and Commercial Business.
Main Responsibilities:
* Deliver individual sales targets through prospecting, up-selling and cross-selling of Personal Lines/Commercial/Agri business.
* Deal with customer queries and refer unresolved/technical queries to relevant personnel.
* Maintain comprehensive knowledge of commercial product range and compliance requirements.
* Work flexibly within the Sales Office and participate in various tasks.
* Develop mutually beneficial working relationships with FBD Life and Pension Financial Advisor.
* Participate in account management initiatives for Commercial and Agri business.
* Support customers at claims notification stage and take responsibility for individual outstanding debit/premium collections.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Leaving Certificate or equivalent qualification.
* Relevant third-level qualification desirable.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
* Previous insurance/financial services experience advantageous.
* Sales/customer service experience essential.
