Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project and Change Management Professional to lead strategic projects and drive organisational change.
About the Role
* Develop and implement project management strategies to ensure timely delivery and effective risk mitigation.
* Promote change management best practices across departments and foster a culture of adaptability.
Key Responsibilities
* Project leadership: oversee end-to-end project delivery, collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, and create clear project briefs.
* Change management: adopt a structured approach to change management, conduct impact assessments, assess readiness, and identify stakeholders.
* Skills and qualifications: hold a project management certification (e.g. PRINCE2, PMBOK, PMP) or demonstrate equivalent hands-on experience in bringing rigour and method to project and change management.
Requirements
* Candidates should have at least three years of practical experience in project and change management, including leading smaller projects or change workstreams within larger organisational transformations.
* Possess passion for project and change management and be able to translate that passion to others.
* Experience in digital transformation, requirements gathering, business analysis, user experience design, process mapping, project management software, or working in the not-for-profit sector is desirable.
