Job Title: Mechanic
Location: Galway, Ireland
Salary: €35,000 - €45,000 per year
Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Key Responsibilities
Diagnose, repair, and maintain a variety of vehicles, including petrol and diesel engines
Perform routine services, inspections, and mechanical checks
Identify and resolve mechanical, electrical, and technical issues
Complete repair documentation accurately and efficiently
Ensure all work is carried out to industry and safety standards
Communicate clearly with colleagues and customers regarding repairs
Maintain a clean and organised workspace
Requirements
Qualified mechanic (National Craft Certificate or equivalent)
Proven experience in a workshop or automotive repair environment
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
Full driving licence
