Role and responsibilities:· Assist with maintenance and improvement of the Quality Management System.· Assist with managing customer complaints and other non-conformances.· Assist with managing change control notifications.· Assist with the updating of existing and development of new policies and standing operating procedures.· Handle customer questionnaires and deal with health, safety, security, environment, quality and regulatory queries relating to our products and services.· Assist with the internal audit program including risk assessment, scheduling, fieldwork, reporting, and follow up.· Facilitate quality and HSSEQ audits where required.· Work with the Q&C team to ensure that the company is adhering to all regulatory obligations for our products, services and industries served.· Assist with other tasks that may be assigned by Management from time to time.
Experience & competencies:· Relevant Third level qualification.· Minimum 7 years previous experience in a quality assurance and/or compliance related role in the pharma or an allied industry.· Ability to multitask and prioritise workload to meet deadlines.· Ability to liaise with various external stakeholders including customers, suppliers and regulators.· Develop and maintain efficient and effective working relationships with fellow colleagues.· Assist in the continued development of other members of staff, particularly Q&C colleagues.· Excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills.· Proficient in Microsoft package.
