Responsibilities:
* Greet Customers: Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers warmly and assisting them with their service needs.
* Answer Customer Inquiries: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries regarding products and services.
* Schedule Appointments: Schedule service appointments and follow-ups efficiently to ensure seamless communication with customers.
Service Recommendations:
Assess customer vehicle issues or service needs by gathering information from customers and technicians. Recommend necessary services such as oil changes, tire rotations, or brake inspections based on vehicle condition or manufacturer guidelines.
Documentation:
Create work orders and maintain accurate service records for each customer. Manage customer files, ensuring all relevant information (vehicle history, service history, warranties) is up-to-date.
Communication:
Act as a liaison between the customer and service technicians to ensure proper service execution. Update customers on the progress of their vehicle service or repair, including any unexpected issues or delays.
Pricing and Approval:
Provide customers with service estimates and help them understand pricing. Obtain approval for repairs and parts before service begins.
Customer Satisfaction:
Evaluate customer satisfaction by addressing complaints, answering questions, and providing solutions. Develop strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and improve overall service delivery.
