If you're passionate about efficiency and continuous improvement, apply now to make a difference and lead the way in supply chain transformation!ResponsibilitiesJob DescriptionChampion for Change: Influence and guide leadership and teams to understand and adopt lean principles and problem-solving methodologies, fostering a culture of change and servant leadership.Supply Chain Transformation: Lead initiatives to build a world-class supply chain, establishing a vision and strategy for leveraging digital applications to improve service, cost, agility, and inventory through digital technologies and automation.Lean Leadership: Act as a role model for lean supply chain methods and a 'Lean mindset' across the entire PDx business.Process Reengineering: Support PDx initiatives to reengineer processes and methods, ensuring effectiveness and efficiency in lean deployment. Deliver lean training and facilitate KAIZEN events to achieve measurable improvements.Strategic Execution: Lead the planning and execution of business 'Big Rocks,' strategy deployment processes, kaizens, and other lean transformation initiatives focused on eliminating waste, creating velocity, and reducing lead times.Kaizen Standard Work: Ensure high levels of engagement and collaboration during pre-work, event week, and post-event weeks.Training and Coaching: Train and coach the organization through Genba walks on problem-solving behaviors and lean methodologies, including daily management, 5S, VSM, and leader standard work.
