Reports to: District Sales Manager
Location: North County Dublin
Key Deliverables
* Support weekly district sales meetings and manage sales leads.
* Organise sales training sessions and coordinate visitor schedules.
* Provide regular sales reporting and ensure data accuracy.
* Champion the use of Sales Enablement tools within the district.
* Manage bid responses, including summaries, formatting, and deadlines.
* Act as the local expert for bid management and facilitation.
* Plan and execute customer-facing district events with Business Development.
* Support local marketing activities and ensure brand guideline adherence.
* Collaborate on regional campaigns and newsletters with Sales Operations.
* Engage in ongoing training and assist with additional Business Development tasks.
Qualifications
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Strong communication, grammar, and public speaking skills in English.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Willingness to travel for local events and training.
* Excellent problem-solving, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
* Strong attention to detail, accountability, and time management.
* Confident decision-maker with a focus on building relationships and influencing outcomes.
