1. Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat professionally and efficiently.
2. Identify customer needs and provide immediate solutions, educating customers to navigate and self-serve when possible.
3. Meet and exceed performance targets for resolution rate, customer satisfaction, and response time.
4. Maintain knowledge of products, services, and company policies.
5. Collaborate with teams to improve processes and enhance customer experience.

Position Details:
