About the RoleYou'll take full ownership of maintenance operations — leading a team of technicians, driving preventive and predictive maintenance programs, and ensuring equipment uptime across a critical medical device facility.✅ What You'll Be Doing• Leading and mentoring a team of maintenance technicians• Developing and managing a comprehensive preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance strategy• Ensuring compliance with EHS, OSHA, and relevant medical device regulations• Managing spare parts inventory, supplier relationships, and maintenance budgets• Driving continuous improvement through Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and failure analysis• Reporting on equipment performance and maintenance KPIs to senior management What We're Looking For• 5+ years of maintenance management experience in an industrial or medical device/manufacturing environment• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems• Proven track record managing and developing a maintenance team• Experience with CMMS software (e.g. SAP PM, Maximo, or similar)• Familiar with relevant regulatory standards in the medical device industry• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (preferred)• CMRP or similar maintenance management certification is a plus What's On Offer• 10% annual bonus• A long-term, stable role with a growing facilities management company
