Responsibilities
* Lead and inspire the kitchen team to deliver consistently exceptional, artisan-quality dishes
* Design and develop seasonal menus highlighting fresh, locally sourced ingredients
* Uphold and elevate culinary standards, ensuring creativity and excellence in every plate
* Manage kitchen operations efficiently from stock control and supplier relationships to cost management
* Foster a positive, collaborative, and growth-focused kitchen culture
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment in line with HACCP and best practice standards
* Mentor and guide junior chefs, nurturing skill and passion within the team
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef in a high-quality or artisan kitchen
* Genuine passion for creative, ingredient-driven cooking and presentation
* Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire others
* Excellent understanding of kitchen management, costing, and food safety
* Ability to thrive in a dynamic, hands-on environment
* Positive attitude and commitment to continuous improvement
