HR Business Partner Full-Time Position We are seeking a forward-thinking and commercially minded HR Business Partner to join our senior team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional to take ownership of the HR function, shape the people strategy, and play a key role in driving the future success of our business. Key Responsibilities: Strategic HR Leadership Develop and deliver the HR strategy aligned with business objectives. Partner with senior leadership to shape organisational design, workforce planning, and succession management. Provide expert advice on people strategy, culture, and organisational change. Talent & Performance Lead recruitment, onboarding, and retention initiatives to attract and develop top talent. Drive performance management processes, ensuring a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Develop and oversee leadership and management training programmes. Culture & Engagement Champion employee engagement, wellbeing, and inclusion across all sites. Build a values-driven culture that supports innovation and high performance. Act as a trusted point of contact for staff and management on HR matters. HR Operations, Payroll & Compliance Oversee HR policies, ensuring compliance with Irish employment legislation and GDPR. Manage time clocking system and act as the key liaison between HR, Finance, and external payroll providers Lead employee relations processes in a fair, consistent, and progressive manner. Use HR data and systems to provide insights that inform strategic decision-making. Requirements Minimum Level 8 qualification in HRM, Business, or related field (CIPD membership desirable). At least 5 years HR experience, including at senior advisor or business partner level. Demonstrated experience in HR systems required and payroll management an advantage Strong knowledge of Irish employment law and HR best practice. Proven ability to influence, coach, and collaborate with senior leaders. Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
