Process Engineering Specialist
The successful applicant will possess a strong technical background in manufacturing processes and minimum 3 years of experience in a medium/high volume mechanical/ manufacturing environment.
* Support and improve existing manufacturing processes.
* Define and validate manufacturing processes for new or upgrade products.
* Develop mechanical/electrical assembly jigs, fixtures, and purpose-built test equipment.
* Analyze processes and report on product quality.
* Work closely with other Engineers and Production Staff to drive quality standards and improvements.
* Collaborate with Product Designers to ensure products are designed for efficient assembly.
To be successful in this role, applicants must have:
* A degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in a mid/high volume manufacturing environment.
* Familiarity with structured problem-solving techniques.
* A team-oriented attitude and ability to work well under pressure.
* Hands-on experience.
