Compliance Administrator - Heritage Homecare
Location: Sandyford
Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours per week)
Reports to: Compliance Manager

Heritage Homecare is looking for a detail-oriented and organised Compliance Administrator to join our team in Sandyford. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative or compliance experience who enjoys working in a structured, fast-paced environment and takes pride in accuracy and high standards.
What you'll do:
* Maintain carers' files and ensure all documentation (Garda Vetting, GNIB, insurance, training, etc.) is valid and up to date.
* Track document expiry dates and follow up promptly with staff.
* Support internal and external audits and prepare compliance reports.
* Work closely with the HR, recruitment, and operations teams to ensure compliance across all areas.
* Keep digital records and trackers organised and accurate.
What we're looking for:
* Previous experience in compliance, HR, or administration (homecare experience desirable).
* Excellent attention to detail, communication, and organisational skills.
* Confident using Microsoft Office and databases.
* Understanding of GDPR and data protection requirements.
