CorkEmployment Type: Full-Time, On-siteAshgrove is seeking a motivated graduate/Junior Full Stack Developer to join our fast-growing Mallow based team.This role provides the opportunity to contribute across the full software development lifecycle, delivering scalable backend services and modern front-end applications while supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the business.Contribute across the full project lifecycle, including requirements analysis, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.Develop, design & create backend services and modern web-based front-end applicationsIdentify opportunities for automation and process improvement and implement scalable technical solutions.Participate in architecture discussions, technical evaluations, and technology selection.Actively collaborate in the strategic goals of the CI department,Assist in maininting existing applications & providing IT assistance to fellow employees,- Collaborate with department heads to define and measure KPIs and KQIs aligned to business objectives.- Liaise with Zoho support on complex integrations and enhancements.- Assist in the development and deployment of non-software based process improvement,RequirementsTechnical Skills & ExperienceStrong ability to analyse requirements, explore alternatives, and derive effective technical solutions to complex problems.Proven experience in full stack development, with strong hands-on expertise in,, and PostgreSQL and other latest scripting languages. Experience with additional frameworks, languages, or databases is highly advantageous.Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs, with a strong understanding of business process automation and system integration.Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control systems, and automated deployment practices.Solid understanding of software architecture, data modelling, scalability, and system maintainability.Ashgrove uses the Zoho One platform.
