Senior Planning Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Planner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning strategic APIs, ensuring stock coverage for each product as required.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Maintain full responsibility for the planning of strategic APIs, including safety stock management.
* Ensure compliance with corporate requirements for forecasting, purchasing, and supply of starting materials and finished products.
* Review and confirm planning results after each planning period, verifying that all risks are adequately mitigated and reported to management.
* Analyze MPS and MRP reports, ensuring accurate data is provided.
* Monitor regulatory compliance of API and finished products through close monitoring of Register database.
* Collaborate with the corporate supply chain team, working closely with Toll Manufacturing sites and providing accurate forecasts for capacity planning.
* Utilize software systems such as APO, MDM, and Register, integrating them into the planning function.
* Develop and implement process improvements within the planning department.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field.
* At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical industry.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey information and ideas effectively.
* Tactful and confident at all levels, both internal and external.
* Passion for data analysis, trending analysis, and reporting.
* Ability to read and interpret documents, including contracts and agreements.
* High standard of technical documentation, routine reports, correspondence, procedures, and workflows.
* Strong cross-functional and cross-language communication skills.
