We’re hiring a Transport Operations Manager to lead daily logistics operations across our regional depot network. You’ll directly manage 4 supervisors and indirectly support 90+ drivers, with full responsibility for fleet planning, maintenance coordination, compliance, and service performance.
This is a senior-level opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced transport environment, values operational excellence, and brings a blend of people leadership and data-driven decision-making.
What You’ll Do
* Lead weekly route planning and driver rosters
* Oversee fleet maintenance schedules and ensure RSA/tacho compliance
* Optimise performance using transport systems and fleet data
* Support team development and a culture of safety and accountability
What You’ll Bring
* 3+ years in transport, logistics or similar operations
* Strong fleet compliance and driver regulations knowledge
* Leadership experience in multi-site or high-volume operations
* Excellent analytical, planning, and communication skills
