Lean Transformation Specialist
The role of Lean Transformation Specialist is an exciting opportunity to drive operational excellence and sustainable change across production operations. As a key member of the team, you will lead the development and execution of site-wide continuous improvement initiatives, embedding lean principles and driving measurable improvements in productivity, quality, and cost.
Key Responsibilities:- Developing and deploying lean six sigma processes aligned with business objectives
- Championing lean methodologies such as 5 S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, Standard Work, and Visual Management
- Analysing manufacturing and fabrication processes to identify waste bottlenecks inefficiencies leading cross-functional improvement projects optimise throughput reduce lead times improve quality establishing KPIs dashboards governance structures track progress sustain gains acting change leader embedding culture accountability supporting coaching managers supervisors adopt new ways working collaborating engineering procurement quality operations teams end-to-end process efficiency ensuring improvements delivered health safety environmental standards this role carries significant ownership visibility directly influence how manufacturing operation evolves
