Assistant Business Manager – Grafton Street, Dublin

As our Assistant Business Manager, you’ll embody this mission by combining next‑level artistry with deep product knowledge and a passion for people.
The Role
As the centrepiece of our Grafton Street counter, you’ll provide a flawless Match2Me experience to every customer while driving business objectives and motivating your team.
Responsibilities
* Conduct all service types – pre‑booked appointments and walk‑ups – delivering the Trinny London Match2Me experience.
* Deliver impeccable customer service, sharing your knowledge with each customer.
* Embody Trinny London’s brand, style and brand culture – pride yourself on building lasting customer relationships.
* Ensure you, your team and counter meet business objectives, targets and KPIs, addressing any underperformance with support from the Training Team or Business Development Manager.
* Support the Business Manager with daily, monthly and quarterly counter running, creating an atmosphere geared to achieving sales.
* Use our HR system to report and manage employee files.
* Assist with 121s, reviews and champion team ambition to progress.
* Motivate your team to continually improve their artistry and product knowledge through education and training.
* Assist the Business Manager with event planning and stock management.
Qualifications
* Experience leading a team, ideally within the luxury sector.
* Passionate about makeup and skincare.
* Proven experience leading a team to success within retail.
* Adaptable and confident in an ever‑changing environment.
* Positive and can‑do attitude.
* Strong communication and mathematical skills.
* Comfortable working toward and exceeding KPIs.
* Punctual and organised.
