Our client have a number of different businesses across the Irish real estate sector. They are seeking an entrepreneurial, ambitious and versatile candidate to work across three of their businesses. The first business is involved in construction, refurb and maintenance, the second business is in commercial property cleaning contractor and the third business that will require 50% of your time is an AI-driven "Prop Tech" Property Management Software platform. The role will be based out of our clients offices in Rathmines but the vast majority of the time will out on the road meeting prospective customers and clients.If you're highly motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset and a keen interest in the property sector this is a fantastic opportunity to build and grow your career in a rapidly growing and ambitious company.ResponsibilitiesGenerate and convert new customers and business opportunities within key target markets.Develop relationships with property management agencies, institutional landlords, developers, investors, and PRS industry partners.Develop the ability to cross-sell the services of all our businesses to both prospective and existing clients.Identify and pursue strategic partnerships and referral opportunities.Manage the full sales pipeline from lead generation through to onboarding.Attend networking events, industry functions, and client meetings.Experience & AttributesExperience in residential property lettings / management, PRS, estate agency services and / or PropTech.Knowledge of residential real estate management, asset management, PRS and institutional landlord markets.CRM and sales pipeline management experience.Existing real estate industry relationships and referral network advantageous-An entrepreneurial and sales mindset that enjoys client relationship building.
