This role is on a commercial project valued at €25 million and has two years of work ahead on the project.Why apply with Sonas?One point of contact – We can manage all your applications, interviews and negotiationsWe will get your CV seen by the right hiring managersResponsibilitiesDetermine the necessary equipment, materials, and manpower needed.Keep track of inventory, tools and equipment.Ensure material and equipment are ordered and delivered according to schedule.Prepare reports on Project Management Software.Resolve any problems that may arise.Ensure compliance with Health and Safety Legislation.Ensure compliance with BCAR and manage submissions.Collaborate with subcontractors, engineers, architects and key team members of the project team.Plan construction operations.Ensure all deadlines are met.Allocate and manage resources to ensure that they are available when they are needed throughout the construction projects.Handle any environmental or local community issues that may come up during a project.Conduct site checks and quality control documents to be included in weekly reports.RequirementsPrevious experience in a similar role essential.Have excellent communication, interpersonal skills and negotiation skills.Be a team player.Be motivated and enjoy working in Construction.Be highly organized.Be tech savvy and have good computer skills.Have excellent time management ability.Good knowledge of construction material and processes.Be able to multitask with a strong understanding of core manager duties.Tags:
