Role Overview
We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Night Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at Lime Street. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing night cleaning operations, ensuring high cleaning standards are maintained, and providing leadership and support to the cleaning team.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate night cleaning operations on site
Lead, support, and motivate the cleaning team to achieve high standards
Conduct quality inspections to ensure all cleaning tasks are completed effectively
Ensure compliance with company procedures and health & safety regulations
Report any maintenance issues, incidents, or concerns to management
Manage cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are used correctly and maintained properly
Provide training and guidance to team members when required
Maintain accurate records and complete any required reports
Requirements
Previous supervisory experience within the cleaning industry or a similar environment
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to problem-solve and make decisions effectively during night operations
Knowledge of health & safety procedures is desirable
