We are delighted to be recruiting for the role of Clinic Manager within our new Accelerator Team, a unique position that allows you to make a meaningful impact across multiple clinics. This is a unique and exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on variety, challenges, and influence. Unlike a traditional Clinic Manager role, you won't be located in a single clinic. Instead, you'll support multiple clinics across the region, helping each location deliver exceptional client experiences, drive sales, and uphold our high standards of care.
Responsibilities
* Ensure all team members deliver exceptional, 5-star client service.
* Lead and inspire teams across multiple clinics, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
* Ensure every clinic delivers outstanding client experiences while achieving commercial and operational goals.
* Complete regional reporting on operations and commercial targets.
* Manage employee relations including probation, disciplinary, and grievance processes.
* Oversee staff rostering and annual leave management across clinics.
* Undertake ad hoc duties and projects to support the business.
* Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, sales, and client satisfaction at each clinic.
Qualifications and Skills
* Proven management or supervision experience, ideally in a multi-site or operational role.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Experience mentoring and developing teams.
* Excellent customer service and management skills.
* An eye for driving sales and seeking out new commercial opportunities.
