 
        
        Postdoctoral Fellow in History
Join UNSW’s School of Humanities & Languages as a Post-Doctoral Fellow. This 2‑year fixed‑term contract focuses on original research across any time‑period and region, including global and international history. The Fellow contributes to UNSW’s research culture and develops a defined research program through publications and grant applications.
Responsibilities
 * Undertake high‑quality research and make an original contribution to History.
 * Contribute to the research culture of UNSW.
 * Create and publish high‑quality peer‑reviewed scholarly outputs.
 * Organise, present, and participate in conferences and workshops. Minimum one public seminar or lecture in the School of Humanities & Languages.
Qualifications
 * A PhD in History awarded after 1 January 2021, or a PhD examination final stage before 1 February 2026.
 * Demonstrated ability to undertake high‑quality academic research with limited supervision.
 * A clearly defined research program.
 * Potential to produce high‑quality publications and conference presentations.
