F&B Manager A well-established hotel with multiple food and beverage outlets is seeking an experienced F&B Manager to lead service operations.
This role focuses on driving guest satisfaction, supporting team performance, and maximising food and beverage revenue within a busy hotel environment.
Your Responsibilities Oversee daily food and beverage operations to ensure excellent service delivery Lead, train, and mentor FOH teams to maintain consistent service quality Develop and implement service standards, promotions, and upsell initiatives Coordinate with kitchen, bar, and events teams for seamless guest experiences Monitor budgets, inventory, cost controls, and revenue performance Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards Requirements Previous experience in F&B management within a Luxury property.
