The Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate key elements of the haemodialysis service, including anaemia and bone mineral disorder management.
* Lead transplant work-up, evaluation, and post-transplant follow-up for eligible patients.
* Prescribe and manage the Hepatitis B vaccination programme, including titre monitoring and booster protocols.
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop patient-centred care plans.
* Analyse and report monthly audit data and clinical metrics for quality assurance.
* Provide clinical education, specialist advice, and promote health awareness among patients.
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RGN) with active NMBI registration, a postgraduate qualification in Renal Nursing, and strong experience working with haemodialysis patients. The ideal candidate will be confident in clinical decision-making, nurse prescribing, and working independently, with excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
