We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team.

* Prepare and present dishes in line with company and client standards, ensuring consistency and excellence in every meal served.
* Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to maintain high standards of quality, hygiene, and service delivery.
* Assist with stock control, ordering, and waste reduction to optimize efficiency and minimize costs.
* Contribute ideas for menu planning and improvements to enhance the dining experience for clients and guests.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in contract catering or high-volume service.
* Strong knowledge of HACCP and food safety regulations.
* A positive, team-focused attitude and a genuine passion for food.
* Ability to work efficiently under pressure and maintain high standards of quality and presentation.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
* Living in Ireland with the right to work in the Republic of Ireland.
