Join us as a Product and Marketing Lead in Ireland!We are seeking a commercially driven and strategic Regional Product and Marketing Lead to drive the success, positioning, and lifecycle performance of our Fibre Cement product portfolio across the UK and Ireland. This is a pivotal role that combines high‑level product strategy with hands‑on marketing execution, ensuring our solutions align with customer needs, stand out in a competitive market, and deliver profitable, sustainable growth. Acting as the regional expert, you will lead the marketing plan, oversee product lifecycle activities, leverage customer insights, and collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver impactful go‑to‑market strategies.What you’ll do:Deliver the annual marketing plan, ensuring strong market positioning and alignment with UK & Ireland prioritiesLead digital marketing activities and develop high‑quality, targeted campaign materialsManage the full product lifecycle, from development and launch through to optimisation and phase‑outUse market and customer insights to drive product strategy and continuous improvementCollaborate with R&D, manufacturing, and commercial teams to enhance product performance and innovationEnsure alignment across Sales, Technical, Supply Chain, and Communications teamsSupport product launches, sales enablement, and customer engagement as a subject matter expertWhat you’ll bring:Proven experience combining product management and marketing within a technical, construction, building materials, or manufacturing environmentAbility to translate customer insights into clear, actionable product and marketing strategiesStrong digital marketing expertise, including SEO/SEM, marketing automation, and multi‑channel campaignsExcellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across cross‑functional teamsAnalytical, data‑driven mindset with strong problem‑solving capabilitiesOur culture – we connect & care about those around us.
