Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Microsoft Dynamics Consultant for a 6-12 months contract role with a strong blend of deep technical expertise and programme leadership to support the successful delivery of a major transformation initiative. This is a high-impact role within an ambitious, forward-thinking programme, offering the opportunity to play a pivotal leadership role at the cutting edge of enterprise system solutions.
The successful candidate will provide strategic and hands-on leadership across architecture, delivery, governance, and stakeholder management, ensuring the transformation is delivered to the highest technical and operational standards.
Required:
* Proven expertise in Dynamics platform architecture and deep technical understanding of enterprise solutions
* Demonstrated end-to-end programme leadership on large-scale business and technology transformation initiatives
* Strong ownership of technical governance, architecture standards, and quality assurance
* Proven people leadership with experience managing multidisciplinary delivery teams
* Extensive experience in vendor management, including third-party suppliers and strategic partners
Responsibilities:
* Provide technical and architectural leadership across the Microsoft Dynamics platform, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned to enterprise standards
* Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale Microsoft Dynamics transformation programmes, from design through implementation and go-live
* Establish and maintain technical governance frameworks, quality assurance processes, and best-practice standards across the programme
* Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, translating business objectives into robust technical solutions
* Lead, mentor, and manage multidisciplinary delivery teams, fostering collaboration across functional and technical domains
* Oversee and coordinate vendor and third-party partners, ensuring delivery quality, alignment, and value for money
* Identify and manage technical and delivery risks, proactively driving resolution and continuous improvement
* Ensure alignment between business strategy, technology roadmap, and delivery outcomes
