We are seeking a proactive and solutions-focused HR professional to provide expert guidance and support to managers and employees.
The ideal candidate will have experience in generalist or operational HR roles, strong knowledge of local labour laws and employee relations, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide day-to-day HR support to managers and employees, ensuring consistent application of policies and procedures.
* Manage employee relations issues while maintaining compliance with labour laws and internal policies.
* Support the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
* Collaborate with HR partners to implement global and local HR initiatives.
* Act as a key point of contact for employee queries and promote engagement and development initiatives.
