Hours: Part-time 17.5 hours per week
Contract: Temporary 3-month initial contract
Pay-rate: €***** – €***** per hour depending on previous relative public sector experience
Key Responsibilities
Carry out general administrative duties to support the department
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence
Respond to phone calls and email queries in a professional and timely manner
Access and update client records on the TCM system
Maintain and update trackers, databases, and records accuratelyLiaise and communicate with five networks regarding search documents and related queries
Assist the Grade V team member with administrative and operational tasks
Ensure all records and documentation are maintained in line with GDPR and organisational policies
Prioritise workload effectively and meet deadlines in a busy environment
Provide administrative support to the wider team as required
Essential Criteria
The successful candidate must demonstrate:
Previous administrative experience in a busy office environment
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience managing emails, phone calls, and correspondence professionally
Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Experience updating records, trackers, or databases
