A prominent law firm in Ireland is seeking a highly skilled Company Secretarial professional for a 12-month fixed-term contract.
Description:
In this key position, you will handle the preparation and maintenance of documentation related to company incorporations. Your responsibilities will also include ensuring statutory registers are up-to-date and compliant with relevant legislation, such as the Companies Act 2014.
Requirements:
* 3-5 years' experience in Company Secretarial or a related field.
* Candidates must be qualified or working towards the Governance Institute qualification.
* Strong computer skills, especially proficiency in Microsoft Word, as well as familiarity with Diligent software.
