* Monitor and evaluate clinical outcomes of patient care, developing services around agreed goals and utilizing resources effectively.
* Contribute to clinical formulation and decision-making processes in patient management, ensuring evidence-based care.

Key Responsibilities:
* Act as an advocate or liaison for the child, ensuring timely service delivery and minimizing duplication of effort.
* Provide professional and clinical leadership to the nursing team, promoting safe, evidence-based care that aligns with national policies and standards.
* Maintain accurate clinical documentation and support high standards of record-keeping.
Requirements:
* Registered Nurse with current NMBI registration.
* Minimum 5 years post-registration experience, including 2 years at a supervisory or senior nursing level.
* Experience working with children with disabilities, complex medical needs, or developmental delays.
