This investment has produced a highly professional, innovative and passionate team that deliver projects for our clients safely, efficiently and to the highest standards in the industry.We are a preferred provider in growth segments such as residential, commercial, mix use and controlled environments (including pharmaceutical and healthcare).Our culture is innovative, collaborative, performance focused and built on partnership, with safety at the forefront of everything that we do.Come join us.We are looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor (7+ years' experience) to join our team in Cork and build a long-term relationship.You will take ownership of the commercial aspects of a key / major project in the Cork Region - working closely with the Managing QS.Key Responsibilities• Take responsibility for commercial management and reporting on the project• Work independently while collaborating closely with the Managing QS• Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure clear communication across the project team• Support project delivery by monitoring costs, budgets, and financial performance• Prepare and review commercial documentation, including valuations, claims, and variationsRequirements• 7 years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally with a Tier 1 / Tier 2 contractor(residential or large-scale projects preferred)• Degree qualified e.g. BSc in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent)• Strong commercial management and reporting skills• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills• Proficient in relevant QS software and Microsoft OfficeEqual OpportunitiesClancy is an equal opportunity employer.
