Senior Engineer Process – Exyte
Exyte is recruiting a Senior Process Engineer to provide design and engineering expertise during the planning and execution of design projects within its Biopharma & Life Science business unit in Northern Europe & Israel.
The successful candidate can be based in either our Cork or Maynooth offices.
Responsibilities
Collaboration with client design team/end user
Coordination of design with other design disciplines and equipment suppliers
Delivery of agreed process design scope within budgeted hours and schedule
Assist with technical and safety reviews, provide technical input and support to Process design team
Development of process solutions and process calculations (e.g., hydraulic calculations and relief device sizing)
Design of process and utilities including preparation of PFDs, P&IDs, equipment sizing calculations
Exhibit good understanding of applicable industry codes and standard practices
Support development of corporate and discipline specific procedures and policies
Regular collaboration with global engineering
Essential Qualifications
Chemical Engineering or Process Engineering Degree
Minimum 5+ years of experience in engineering and design as facilities/plant engineer or consulting engineer within biopharma, life science or related projects
Required to be a team player with good interpersonal and communication skills, including both written and verbal communications
Ability to work on own initiative
Willingness for occasional travel

Driving Licence + own transport
