We are seeking a Senior Project Town Planner to contribute to the growth of our Planning business.
This role provides the opportunity to work across high-profile projects in renewable energy, infrastructure, urban development, and waste management. Responsibilities include preparing and submitting planning applications, delivering strategic planning advice, and guidance on consenting processes and strategies.
* Preparing and submitting planning applications, developing reports, feasibility assessments, masterplans, and strategic planning documents across diverse range of projects.
* Engaging with clients in public and private sectors.
* Contributing to delivery of environmental projects.
* Leading and/or coordinating multidisciplinary project teams for successful project delivery.
* Collaborating within teams to support project execution and completion.
The ideal candidate will have:
* A degree and/or Masters in Urban Planning or related field.
* Minimum seven years' experience.
* Extensive town planning experience and expert knowledge of planning and environmental legislation.
* Corporate/Chartered member of professional institutions.
