We are seeking a seasoned Financial Controller to lead our financial operations across upscale hotel properties in Dublin.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of financial management, ensuring compliance and profitability. They will work closely with the senior leadership team to drive business growth and improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including budgeting and forecasting
* Liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies as required
* Foster a culture of accountability within the finance team, promoting high standards of professionalism and integrity
Skills & Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, you should possess:
* A Chartered Accountant qualification or equivalent experience
* A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in hospitality sector finance, preferably in an executive-level position
* Demonstrated expertise in financial planning & analysis (FP&A) software applications
