Our client is a leading provider of biologics services with a global presence in the biopharmaceutical and healthcare industries. With a mission to accelerate and transform biologics discovery, development, and manufacturing, they have a significant impact on patients worldwide. With offices globally, they serve hundreds of biopharmaceutical companies.

Your Duties

As a Global AIS Business Partner, your responsibilities include:

1. Collaborate with technical teams and key stakeholders to collect user requirements and present innovative technical solutions.
2. Take the lead in overseeing the entire project lifecycle, managing automation systems, integrating Vendor VPEs, overseeing Building Management System (BMS), and implementing OT applications.
3. Support in drafting documents, conducting design reviews, performing acceptance testing, and ensuring qualifications align with GAMP5 standards.
4. Ensure a seamless integration of automation workstreams at the site by driving functional commitment on projects.
5. Effectively manage project finances, forecasts, risks, change processes, and provide regular status reports.
6. Facilitate productive project meetings, lead steering discussions, and actively encourage risk and problem management.
7. Coordinate the planning of system handover and provide post-project support to on-site engineering and maintenance teams.
8. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and collaborate on joint programs with key stakeholders.
9. Take charge of global initiatives, executing strategies, standards, SOP harmonization, program rollouts, and risk management.

Required Skills

10. Bachelor's degree in relevant fields with a minimum of 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical/biological industry.
11. Familiarity with biologics drug manufacturing processes and key process equipment.
12. Experience in projects involving system integration, automation, instrumentation, controls, or manufacturing digitalization in the pharmaceutical/biochemical/biological industry.
13. Track record of leading complex projects and cross-functional initiatives.
14. Familiarity with major DCS and working knowledge of BMS/SCADA/PLC systems.
15. Strong customer service, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
16. Good knowledge of GMP regulations.
17. Ability to work across regions, time zones, and travel domestically and internationally.
