Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Inside Sales Representative, based in Dublin with partial flexibility to work from home. The role involves developing and maintaining client relationships through proactive communication to drive customer satisfaction and foster long-term loyalty. Core responsibilities include lead generation activities, managing sales pipelines, and identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell payment solutions. The position also entails managing accounts, ensuring seamless service delivery to customers, and meeting sales targets through a consultative approach.
Qualifications
* Proven expertise in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to identify and convert new business opportunities.
* Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to maintain positive relationships and ensure client needs are met.
* Experience in Account Management to handle accounts effectively, build trust, and drive customer retention.
* Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills to support collaborative and productive interactions with clients and team members.
* Ability to work in a hybrid working environment, balancing in-office and remote responsibilities.
* Experience in the payment solutions industry is a plus.
* Proficiency in CRM tools and sales platforms is highly beneficial.
