This includes overseeing credit management, billing, cash application, and collections processes. This position requires identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience through enhanced external and internal processes. A key responsibility is working closely with Sales and Operations teams to guarantee smooth processing and fulfillment of customer orders. The individual will establish and monitor credit policies to support business strategy while mitigating financial exposure. This role ensures timely and accurate customer invoicing and collections to optimize Days Sales Outstanding (DSO). Collaboration with Treasury to optimize cash management and forecasting is also required. The Sr. Manager, Global Order Management will manage customer queries and surveys related to order-to-cash processes and resolve issues promptly. In addition, this role involves developing, implementing, and maintaining robust internal controls to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. A strong focus on continuous improvement initiatives within order-to-cash processes is necessary to drive standardization, implement best practices, and enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
